SPECIFIED THE NEED FOR LARGE TRUCK – ORIGINAL CAR OK BUT BECAME FAULTY SO HAD TO EXANGE,BUT CAR GIVEN ON DAY OF RETURN WAS FOUND TO HAVE TOO SMALL A TRUCK. NO STAFF ON SITE AT OFFICE TO HELP EVEN THOUGH SIGN STATED DESK SHOULD HAVE BEEN MANNED. SENDING COMPLAINT DIRECT TO BUDGET. ENDED UP HAVING TO HIRE ANOTHER CAR TO GET US TO THE AIRPORT FROM ALAMO FOR EXTRA £100 AS WE WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET TO THE AIRPORT TO FLY HOME.
