Following great feedback about you on ‘thedibb.net’, i have to say i have been very disappointed with the service I have received both from yourself and Dollar rentacar. My booking was made on a Thursday evening to collect my car on the Tuesday morning at 9am and even though I emailed on the Monday to query the non receipt of my voucher, it wasnt until I came onto the online chat at 7am Florida time that I actually got something done about it. I received my evoucher at 8.30am for which I was grateful however, when I turned up at the dollar desk they had no note of my booking and ended up giving me a car which wasnt what i had asked for and also only gave a half tank of petrol as opposed to the full tank I thought I was due under the advanced insurance package. All queries about this simply fell on deaf ears as they had no note of the booking so I had to take what they had available. I am thoroughly disatisfied with the service received both from usrentacar and Dollar and intend informing all others on ‘thedibb’ of my experience once i return home.
