As with all hire car receptions there is always a queue and they’re never overly fast. However, lady who dealt with me (Bridgette) was very pleasant. Slight problem in that my car had been parked in the wrong bay resulting in me taking the wrong one and getting turned back from the exit point. However, Bridgette dealt with this well and we found our car and set off, albeit a bit late. Vehicle standard was good, but I was disappointed I had to upgrade as the details on your website said 5 adults plus 5 cases would suit the car I rented. However, I was told they’d have to be 5 small cases or we wouldn’t fit in, hence upgrade. Returning the car was a bit confusing. We were led by the signs to the row to park in. As I couldn’t see anyone checking them back in I went in to reception to enquire. Had to wait in a queue, of course, but only a short one. When I got to desk I was told there was someone checking the cars outside. I eventually found someone who then asked me to drive it around the other returns and park it closer to the front of the line. This I did, but then had another wait until they came and registered the return. No big deal, but this aspect could be improved (Dollar always seem pretty slick at this). However, yes, I would definitely use Budget again, and also your company, with whom my only complaint would be the car details which led me to renting the wrong car initially.
