I have used usrentacar before and I will use them again,but not Budget they did not want to honour the upgrade on the voucher, we looked at the only 3 cars on offer, each one the seats were badly stained and all had been used by heavey smokers, we did complain but got nowhere, as we had been travelling over 24 hours we gave in and agreed to take the best of the three. I’am not a professional moaner and have been hiring cars in the states for over thirty years, I have only had two bad experiances both with BUDGET IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Tony Littlewood.
