1- car was dirty at back seats not cleaned properly 2-as a regular driver in florida on hols the staff always try to get you to pay for upgrades that are not needed,if we pick up the car and realise its to small you then ask for an upgrade because this certain sales person started to quote me this extra price for s u v and writing it out and i did not ask for it ,so i made him at the end to tear it up and just give me what i have already signed up for and nothing else cost wise to which he sulked and then tried on the next person.this was the only problems i recived,and yes i would use yourselves again,but ask the rental companies not to be so persuasive. 3-overall good value and would recommend you to all.
