Collected a car from the Alamo depot in Bush Street in San Francisco and the service was appalling. Despite being about 6th or 7th in line it took over 90 mins to collect the car. By the time we left i would estimate that the wait time in line would have been about 6 hours. There were 3 people behind the desk and their level of incompetence was truly staggering. It was difficult to know whether the guy who served us was talking to us/himself/others behind the counter or someone on his radio. It had to be seen or heard to be believed. If i ever visit SF again I would use usarentacar again but def not Alamo from this branch
