We paid for a luxury car, when we arrived to collect we were given the choice of 3 premium cars which were totally unsuitable, despite the car attendendant trying every trick in the book to get us to take one of them, we ended up with a midsize car as nothing else was available. Upon returning the car and letting them know about some faults, we were told that the car had actually been involved in a crash – surely this should have been advised to us upon collection not de-hiring!!! and should not have been hired out. We will never use Dollar again.
