We arrived to find that the car we’d booked and paid for wasn’t available (including the specified alternative). Staff could not explain why the vehicle wasn’t available despite our booking the car 2 weeks in advance. Eventually ‘we’ identified the actual alternative sat in the car pool and suggested it as an alternative. Unfortunately prior to leaving we noticed that the boot failed to shut rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive! The whole process took 2.5 hours and was only resolved as a result of ‘our’ initiative and not that of your staff.
