No problems with US Rent A Car – selected service and paid and voucher available promptly. When I went to collect my car at Orlando Airport from Budget, despite having a voucher which promised a complimentary upgrade to a full size 4 door the desk allocated me an intermediate sebring (which was dirty and damaged). I had to argue at the collection point to get an impala which was slightly better. Also, despite having a fully inclusive voucher the desk still tried to convince me to take out un wanted upgrades (I already had one) and additional insurance (not necessary). They also failed to recognise that my inclusive package came with the first tank of gas which they tried to charge me for on return – necessitating another trip to the counter. If you use Budget be clear and forceful about what you have paid for and expect and don’t accept their first offer. They must bank on people being tired and anxious to get to their final destination rather than argue the point.
