I got an option for Budget that offered a free upgrade … I was not clear to me at the time of closing that this option could be or not exerted by Budget. I do not have it because there were no cars available for upgrade. I checked further that it was clear on the contract, but is not clear on the site … I suggest you to remove that option from the site. Budget (and alll others) give a free upgrade wheever it is interesting for them! … if it is not granted, do not advertise it! … I would rather prefer an option that would cost me more but I would for sure get a car with the size I needed …
