Service at Thrifty desk was very good and helpful but on collecting the car we found that in the centre storage consul was a Tim Hortons cup and tray from the last car user, I have to say this was not very good to have to dispose of this myself but it called into question the level of preparation that had gone into the vehicle. The car was marked in many places and we had to be vigilant to note all of the damage beore we took possession. Furthermore we had booked the vehicle for 12 days yet we were being charged for 14 I felt this was a ploy resulting in us obtaining an up grade but still having to pay more. The insurance from canadarentacar was not the fully comprehensive and so we had to pay more for a better cover (i.e. covering small damage – the most likely to be needed)
