Previously queues to collect Budget cars have been very long and time wasting but this time it was fine. Also previously I have had hassles with them charging me again for fuel that I had prepaid. I always had to go to the terminal office on returnign the vehicle to argue and get a refund on my credit card which ended up costing me about £5 because of the difference in exchange rates. This time there was no hassle so they must have sorted this out. Thank you!
