Spite a known car was booked through you, the supplier did not have such car ready, the alternative they offered did not meet our needs, we have to go to the garage and check by our selves a better alternative car. On top of this we have to follow item by item all contracted items in the voucher as supplier just passed by them without add them in his contract. I do not know if this is normal or not but just to let you know. Regards
