Having used Budget before from Sanford with no problems, I would have reservations about using them again from Miami as used for this hire. $16 for picking the car up 1 hr early and $31.19 for returning 10 mins late. Also the offer when booked was free upgrade to an intermediate size car, Budget had no record of this and a group C car was given. Overall a bit disappointed with this hire.
