We rented 2 vehicles – a minivan and a full size car. It included a free upgrade to premium size car (and didn’t say "subject to availability") but of course there was no premium size car available. Not very happy with that. Also we were picking up from Budget at Sanford and their desk was difficult to find – there were 2 locations for car rental desks and when you came out with your luggage, Budget was not on any of the signs. The man who served us was quite arrogant, and could have handled the transaction in half the time.
