The staff at US Rent A Car are superb. They respond quickly to emails and are great on the phone. The issues I have are all connected with their supplier, Dollar. We had many problems when collecting both cars that we booked at individual collection points for our journey. We almost missed our flight home as Dollar gave us our car at 12:40 rather than the booked time of 11:30, which made us over an hour late getting on the road to the airport. Dollar staff are lovely but there simply are not enough of them. They have also charged us when US Rent A Car have already charged us and Dollar have added additional charges. US Rent A Car are trying to resolve this now. In short, I would love to use this website again as their price is great and service good, however Dollar are just not up to the job. Also note that Dollar do no have courtsey buses to the airports, you will sustain taxi costs in additional to what you have already paid.
