We queued for around 40 minutes to get served with only three ’servers’ working only to be told that they ‘have run out of minivans’ and we could either have a car for one day and swap to a minivan at the airport the next day – a round trip of 2 hours plus waiting time at the airport again – which is not a great start to our vacation, or we could wait for a minivan to become available. We took the second option and waited a further 35 minutes. after a flight and total airport processing time (both ends) of around 14 hours, this did not help get our vaction off to an ideal start.
