Unacceptably long queues at pick-up. On every previous occasion using this supplier the car needed to be returned empty but on this trip, without any explanation from the staff, the expectation was that it be returned with a full tank of gas. There was insufficient time before my flight to drive out of the return point in order to fill up, so had to pay more than $7 per gallon to the supplier.
