We have twice used Budget Miami and found that their staff are discourteous and rude. On both occassions we have been denied our free upgrades. Firstly by their insistence that the car supplied (which did not even have central locking) was an intermediate vehicle (which was subsequently confirmed as a compact vehicle by another Budget office) and secondly by stating that no intermediate cars were available.
