the supplier were fantastic but when we had to contact you when we were delayed by one day your staff member was very unhelpfull and rather rude. we asked her if there would be a problem regarding our delay picking up the car, she told us there was no guarantee that a car would be available we asked her to e-mail dollar she did not. when we arrived at our destination there was no problem as it was the airlines fault that we were delayed. You should notify your staff that in the US they dont regard delays as a problem, according to your staff member we might not have a car and we would inccur extra charges for our unavoidable delay.
