US rentacar were efficient and did everything they were supposed to do, Budget however were disasterous! we stood in a que for 2 hours at MCO with 80 other dissgruntled and annoyed tourists while 3 staff took their time and made us wait, with our 4 young children. On returning the vehicle the staff had a case of bad attitude. will not use Budget again.
