After reading many satisfied customers comments about booking with usrentacar.com I decided to book my car hire through them. Words cannot describe how happy I was with the whole booking from beginning to end. The booking staff were fantastic, they were extremely helpful and made everything very easy. We booked with Alamo and were very happy with the car we received and the service they provided. The whole booking went very smoothly. Alamo/U.S. Rent A Car (MCO) Orlando International Airport – Mr Neil Clarke

We had to swop the first vehicle as it was in such a poor condition when we took it out of the dark parking garage. It had marks all over the interior and drove woeful. The second vehicle was marginally better but not good. U.S. Rent A Car service was fine but Alamo let us down.

I have used usrentacar on my last three trips to Florida and have always found the cars to be excellent. I did find that Alamo were poor though on two areas. Firstly the front desk staff were very pushy for an upgrade even though I had a 4×4, and when I picked up the car (which was the last 4×4 left) it wasn’t the cleanest inside. I am happy with you as a company though and do plan to use you in August, but will avoid alamo and use budget instead! Kind Regards Paul Mason
