we were totally satisfied with u-save auto rental in florida, they were very friendly and helpful, but we are unhappy with the information provided by florida car hire before we went as we were not given information of where to collenct out vehicle from or given any contact numbers, so we were waiting for our car for 3 hours at night with 2 babies, as the company requests you call them when you land but we had none of this information, apart from that our experience was very pleasent and would recommend u-save auto rental and florida car hire if they make sure customers have all the required information.

When I rang from the airport to tell them I’d arrived, they could not even find my booking. I had to wait a while for them to arrive. When I arrived at the suppliers premises they looked rather tacky and they still took quite a while before they found my paperwork. In fact I’m not sure if they actually did find it. But they were able to go by mine. The car was very basicand had quite a lot of scratches on it, which I could not even see when picking up the vehicle as it was dark at the time. Even though I had paid for the free tank of petrol option, I noticed that as I drove away it was not actually full but a little below the full level. This may all sound petty, but I travel to Florida every year at least once and this was probably the worst car rental company for handiness and quality of vehicle. Probably only reason to book with them would be if you were wanting a under 25 driver which is what I needed this year.

The best aspect was the cheap arrangement for drivers under 25 and free additional driver. Very happy with the service

Great service, car wan’t very clean inside, but acceptable. Staff were very efficient and polite. U.K. end of the operation did not explain about ringing for a courtesy bus, I was just told to wait outside even though I rang before travelling specifically to clarify this point. Overall very good though.

We have used this supplier four times previously and have always received an excellent service. Not sure why from the time of arriving and awaiting to be picked up, the processing of the car collection, the lack of courteous from the staff the quality of the vehicle right up to the returning of the vehicle happened this time but we shall not be using this supplier again and would not recommend to other customers.
