Vehicle supplied did not meet expectations nor description provided by both Alamo and usrentacar. Assistance provided by usrentacar was lacking and thankfully Alamo eventually changed the car.

ONLY THREE CARS TO CHOOSE FROM, TOOK MUSTANG AS OTHERE 2 WERE IN A BIT OF STATE AND NOT GOOD MODELS,MUSTANG HAS NEXT TO NO BOOT ROOM AND SEATS WERE HARD AND MY WIFE HAS BAD BACK. AT DROP OFF THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 168 DOLLARS FOR DIFFERENT DROP OFF. I SORTED IT.
