Ended up paying an extra $124 for breakdown/tyre cover for 3 weeks as it’s not covered. Although I can change a tyre on a normal car, wasn’t sure about being able to do that on a Dodgy Nitro and as am a single Mum didn’t fancy being stranded on the side of the Interstate.

Previously queues to collect Budget cars have been very long and time wasting but this time it was fine. Also previously I have had hassles with them charging me again for fuel that I had prepaid. I always had to go to the terminal office on returnign the vehicle to argue and get a refund on my credit card which ended up costing me about £5 because of the difference in exchange rates. This time there was no hassle so they must have sorted this out. Thank you!
