Having used Budget before from Sanford with no problems, I would have reservations about using them again from Miami as used for this hire. $16 for picking the car up 1 hr early and $31.19 for returning 10 mins late. Also the offer when booked was free upgrade to an intermediate size car, Budget had no record of this and a group C car was given. Overall a bit disappointed with this hire.

the only concern i have was the model of vehicle i requested and the one they tried to give me. I requested a Jeep and they tried to give me a Hyundai which i complained about and then only received a Toyota.

Spite a known car was booked through you, the supplier did not have such car ready, the alternative they offered did not meet our needs, we have to go to the garage and check by our selves a better alternative car. On top of this we have to follow item by item all contracted items in the voucher as supplier just passed by them without add them in his contract. I do not know if this is normal or not but just to let you know. Regards

1. booked a 4 door compact with free upgrade to intermediate – without any discussion was given a 2 door compact 2. sent outside to look for car that wasn’t there – ended up waiting 15 minutes after searching and seeking help 3. car stunk! yes smelled really bad 4. best price ever 5. Budget are off-airport, but so is everyone in Miami 6. bus drivers very helpful with luggage and friendly

I got an option for Budget that offered a free upgrade … I was not clear to me at the time of closing that this option could be or not exerted by Budget. I do not have it because there were no cars available for upgrade. I checked further that it was clear on the contract, but is not clear on the site … I suggest you to remove that option from the site. Budget (and alll others) give a free upgrade wheever it is interesting for them! … if it is not granted, do not advertise it! … I would rather prefer an option that would cost me more but I would for sure get a car with the size I needed …

At buget no one would show how the vehicle worked. It was not clean in side or out an had to clean inside befor use.

WE WERE ONLY DISSATISFIED BECAUSE OUR CAR THAT WAS ORDERED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND WE WERE OFFERED A BIGGER CAR AS A FREE UPGRADE BUT THIS CAR WAS IN A QUEUE TO BE CLEANED AND AFTER WAITING AROUND FOR 30 MINUTES AND THE CAR STILL HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, THE MANAGER FOUND ANOTHER CAR FOR US. THIS CAR LACKED 2 FEATURES WHICH WE WANTED WHICH WERE REMOTE LOCKING AND THE CAR FINDER ALARM.
