When I collect my vehicle they offer me the mini van with some extra charge, which you said not avilable in my first booking. I have to come back & change the first vehicle due to technical problem , this was time coast. Regards…

I requested a 4×4 but the only one they had available was a small Jeep Patriot which although an excellent car was really too small for me I’m 6′4" and previously they had supplied a Jeep Cherokee or Ford Explorer which was of course disappointing especially as this was a 3 week rental

The overall process was very good. The only issue was that Alamo/National had none of the vehicle type booked available and we had to wait an hour to get one. Very frustrating when it was booked months in advance
